This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules thereunder. By clicking "I Agree" or by accessing, browsing, or using the Astrogyani platform (website and mobile application), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Astrogyani.

Use of the platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Astrogyani does not knowingly collect personal data of children below 18 years of age. If you are a minor, any use of the platform must be conducted by your legal guardian or parents.

Astrology is based on ancient Vedic principles and individual interpretation. "Astrology is not an exact science and outcomes may vary based on individual belief, interpretation, and free will." All consultations are for advisory and informational purposes only. Astrogyani does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions.

Astrological guidance provided on this platform is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Users are strictly advised to consult qualified professionals for health, legal, or financial matters.

Astrogyani acts strictly as an "Intermediary" under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our role is limited to providing a technology platform to facilitate the connection between Users and independent Astrologers. Under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000, Astrogyani shall not be liable for any third-party information, advice, or content provided by astrologers.

Astrologers listed on Astrogyani are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or partners of Astrogyani. We conduct reasonable vetting, but the final choice and discretion to consult an astrologer lies solely with the user.

Astrogyani uses a prepaid "Wallet" system. Wallet balance is non-interest bearing and non-transferable. Pricing for sessions is inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Promotional credits (Free Minutes) have no cash value.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrogyani from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, false chargeback claims, or violation of any third-party rights.

All content on the platform, including branding, logos, UI design, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Astrogyani. Unauthorized copying or modification is strictly prohibited.

By using our services, you expressly consent to the recording of chat and call sessions for quality, training, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

Astrogyani’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the user for the specific session under dispute. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved via Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be [City, India].

In accordance with IT Act 2000, grievances can be directed to our Grievance Officer at support@astrogyani.in.
