Refund & Cancellation Policy

Astrogyani operates as a real-time digital consultation platform. Over and above our Terms of Service, these terms govern all refunds and cancellations related to wallet recharges, astrology consultations (chat and call), and digital products. By initiating a recharge or session, you acknowledge an unconditional agreement to this policy, which satisfies the requirements of a binding electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Our consulting services are time-bound, intangible, and delivered in real-time. The value is realized instantly upon connection. Due to this unique digital nature, once a consultation is initiated, the service consumption is deemed complete. These services are categorically excluded from standard 'return' or 'replacement' policies applicable to physical goods.

Astrogyani Wallet recharges are prepaid credits with no interest and are non-transferable. Once a recharge is successfully credited, it is intended for consumption. Refunds of 'Unused Wallet Balance' are considered ONLY within 24 hours of recharge, and ONLY if zero consumption has occurred. Any part-utilization renders the entire recharge non-refundable.

Session duration is calculated from the moment the connection is established. Astrogyani's internal server-side logs are the sole and final authority for determining session duration and consumption metrics. User-side timer discrepancies or network logs will not be entertained for refund claims.

Refunds will be summarily rejected in the following scenarios: - Claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of predictions. - Personal dissatisfaction with the advice, tone, or interpretation provided by the expert. - User-side network failure, device battery issues, or poor internet bandwidth. - Incomplete sessions due to user termination or app closure during a live call/chat.

Refunds (partial or full) are only entertained for documented technical failures attributable solely to Astrogyani's core architecture, such as: - Payment debited but balance not updated for over 2 hours (documented via gateway ID). - Verified system-wide server outages during mid-session as confirmed by our NOC logs. - Accidental duplicate billing within a 1-minute window.

Complementary, promotional, or 'First Chat Free' minutes carry no monetary value. They are non-convertible to cash and are strictly non-refundable. Any attempt to monetize or refund bonus credits will result in account freezing.

You may cancel a 'Waitlist' request before service acceptance. However, once an astrologer accepts the request and the session UI initializes, the platform allocates resources, and any subsequent cancellation will incur a minimum 1-minute deduction from the wallet.

Astrogyani maintains a Zero-Tolerance policy toward abusive behavior, solicitation of personal contact details, or use of NSFW language. If a session is terminated due to user-side misconduct, no refund will be issued, and the entire session duration will be charged.

Astrogyani is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party telecom providers (Telcos), acts of God, or regional internet shutdowns. No refund claims for 'Bad Voice Quality' will be accepted if the server logs indicate stable outgoing transmission.

Filing a false chargeback through a bank or digital wallet is considered a breach of trust. Astrogyani reserves the right to: (a) Permanently blacklist the user; (b) Report the abuse to CIBIL and other credit bureaus; (c) Initiate legal recovery proceedings for the disputed amount along with administrative costs.

Valid refund requests are audited within 48-72 hours. Once approved, the funds reach the original source within 7-10 working days, subject to the banking settlement cycle. Astrogyani is not liable for banking-side delays.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment source. In cases of partial refunds for wallet recharges, Astrogyani reserves the right to deduct 3rd-party processing fees (typically 2.5% to 4%) and already paid GST/Statutory taxes.

This policy is subject to dynamic updates without prior notice. The 'Last Updated' date signifies the version in force. Continued use of Astrogyani services constitutes an active acceptance of the version currently displayed.

All refund requests must be emailed to support@astrogyani.in with a valid Transaction ID and screenshot of the error within 24 hours of the incident. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
