We collect Personal Data (Name, Email, Mobile), Sensitive Personal Data (Birth details for horoscopes), Communication Data (Chat/Call recordings), and Transaction Data.
3. Purpose Limitation
Data is collected strictly for account creation, Kundali calculation, consultation facilitation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
4. Consent Framework
By using the platform, you provide explicit permission for data processing. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which may affect service availability.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only with independent astrologers (limited birth data) and service processors (payment gateways, communication APIs) necessary for service delivery.
6. Data Retention Policy
Account data is retained while active. Transaction data is kept for statutory tax periods. Chat logs are kept for a limited period for dispute resolution.

As a Data Principal, you have the right to access, correction, erasure (subject to law), and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.
8. Children’s Privacy
Astrogyani does not knowingly collect personal data of children below 18 years of age. Use by minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
